Friends of the March

We are excited about the upcoming Global March for Elephants and Rhinos. The Elephantopia event would like to thank the following friends for their contributions to this important day:

Global March for Elephants and Rhinos - for coordinating over 130 cities worldwide to help raise awareness about the ivory trade!

Whole Foods Katy - for donating waters for our many volunteers Saturday

Different Rhythm Foundation - for traveling from Austin to Katy with singer/songwriter Shane Jones. Profits sold from the CDs will benefit Kavala, an orphaned elephant victim of the ivory trade in Zambia. Other musician friends that will be performing at the event: The Frank Hart Blues Band and Mickey and the 40 Hands Band.

Wayfaring Designs - for creating this limited edition necklace with all proceeds going to benefit Kavala at the GRI Elephant Orphanage in Zambia. Our goal is to raise $3,000 for the GRI Elephant Orphanage by selling 100 necklaces.

Journey to Africa - creating travel experiences for people to visit Africa and see the world’s largest land mammal, the Elephant while learning about Africa’s culture and heritage.

DoTerra Essential Oils - is a company committed to to sharing the life-enhancing benefits of therapeutic-grade essential oils and essential oil enhanced wellness products that are safe for the whole family. A private consultant will be attending, with proceeds from sales going to benefit Elephantopia’s event.
